We are a Family Physician office with staff and resident physicians providing primary care to rostered patients.
The Family Medicine Teaching Unit (FMTU) at Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre (RVH) is a primary care health clinic affiliated with RVH, the University of Toronto’s Department of Family and Community Medicine, and the Barrie Community Family Health Team (BCFHT).

Parking
As our clinic is located on RVH property in the Rotary Place Building, parking is available in the RVH visitor lot and standard parking fees will apply to your physican visits.
Prescription Renewals
Your pharmacist can fax your refill request to 705-728-4120. You should book an office visit to review your medications if this has not been done recently.
Quality care with a focus on team
Resident Physicians working here are refining their skills and undergoing their two years of practical training in family and community medicine. The clinic is a teaching unit and care will be provided in a teaching environment.
